Polyester Fibres

Open-End Spinning

Sewing Thread

apparel Sewing Threads are manufactured by twisting short fibres or by continuous filaments yarns. At times two or more yarns are combined to make the thread to get the required strength.

Weft feeders

fabric weaving Weft feeders are feeding devices, which are also called weft storage feeders or weft accumulators, play an important role in the weaving machines where the weft is unwound overhead from the cone and is subjected to abrupt accelerations due to the drawing-off tension exerted by the insertion element. The balloon which is formed at each insertion can cause coil sliding and snarls, owing to the difficulty of braking adequately the yarn and to the high unwinding speed of the yarn from the cone.

Natural Cellulose Fibres

fiber Cellulose is a fibrous material of plant origin and the basis of all natural and man-made cellulosic fibres. The natural cellulosic fibres include cotton, flax, hemp, jute, and ramie. Cellulose is a polymeric sugar polysaccharide) made up of repeating 1,4-8-an hydro glucose units connected to each other by 8-ether linkages. Strong intermolecular forces between chains, coupled with the high linearity of the cellulose molecule, account for the crystalline nature of cellulosic fibres.


fabric spun-yarn weaving Sizing is a complementary operation which is carried out on warps formed by spun yarns with insufficient tenacity or by continuous filament yarns with zero twist. It is done with an aim of improving yarn smoothness and tenacity during the subsequent weaving stage. The sizing methods change depending on the type of weaving machine used, on the yarn type and count, on the technician's experience and skill, on the kind of material in progress.

Sewing Needles
