PolyChlor 45 and PolyChlor 52 are two chemical plasticisers based on medium (C14 to C17) chain-length paraffins for use in PVC compounding industries. Each contains a different percentage of organic chlorine (refer to the chart below). PolyChlor 45 and PolyChlor 52 are manufactured to the highest quality standards in a modern computercontrolled facility in Alexandria, Egypt. Each grade offers excellent plasticising and flameresistant properties at attractively low cost. Each is compatible with a wide range of other polymer types and so allows the partial replacement of so-called ‘primary’ plasticisers. PolyChlor products provide first-class water resistance and low volatility. They are nontoxic and chemically inert.
