Doubling the pick density for a sharper logo halves the output and doubles the picks exposed to a defect. Both need pricing before the sample is approved.

The model charges one defective label per defective pick, which is the pessimistic case. Where a fault spans several picks in one label the count is conservative — treat it as an upper bound on scrap.
