Ozone is acutely toxic and a strong oxidiser. This sizes a process, not a safety case: enclosed vessels, interlocks, ambient monitoring and a working destruct unit are mandatory, and the off-gas figure is the load that unit must actually handle. Moisture in the garments strongly affects utilisation — measure it rather than assuming.
