This counts columns; it cannot read them. A method reference that names a withdrawn standard, an obsolete revision, or a house procedure nobody can produce still scores as present, and a tolerance of "as agreed" counts the same as ±3%. Treat the score as a screen that finds blank cells, then review the filled ones. The three coverage columns are weighted equally, which flatters most sheets: units are the easiest to fill and the least often missing, while tolerance coverage is the column that decides whether a delivery can be rejected. Read that figure on its own. A negative overdue figure simply means the review is not yet due. Document control itself is a management-system requirement — under ISO 9001 an unapproved or expired specification in circulation is a nonconformity irrespective of how complete its contents are.
