One of the eleven European geotextile standards. Each one lists the characteristics a geotextile must declare for a particular civil engineering use, which is how a fabric buried under a road or a landfill is specified and CE marked.

What to watch for
Harmonised under the Construction Products Regulation 305/2011 from 1 January 2010, with the coexistence period ending 1 January 2011. The link goes to the newest CEN entry the catalogue holds, which is an earlier edition than the harmonised one - the 2016 text is present there only as the Slovenian adoption, so it is not linked here in place of the European standard. Check the edition before quoting a clause number.
