What to watch for
Designation and title were read from a commercial catalogue rather than from ISO, whose own site answers 403. The title is ISO's own English wording as that catalogue carries it. Amendments have been published against this standard: EN ISO 9902-1:2001/A1:2009, EN ISO 9902-1:2001/A2:2014. Those are CEN amendments to the EUROPEAN adoption. Whether ISO has issued a corresponding amendment to its own text is not established here and should not be assumed from this. An unamended copy of the base document is incomplete - a laboratory working from one is following superseded requirements while holding a correctly named standard, which is exactly the failure a designation alone will not reveal.
