Designation and title were read from a commercial catalogue rather than from ISO, whose own site answers 403. The title is ISO's own English wording as that catalogue carries it. Recorded as draft because the publisher's catalogue states it outright - "Status: Not Published" in the general information on its own entry. This register had it as current, which was the loader's default rather than a finding; a withdrawn standard shown as current is the mistake this register exists to prevent. The record is kept rather than removed because the designation is still cited in documents written while it was in force.
