NWSP Nonwovens Standard Procedures
EDANA and INDA, the European and North American nonwovens associations, began publishing these procedures together in 2005. A complete new edition appeared every three years until 2018, when they moved to continuous review, and amendments are now published online as they are agreed.

What this standard is for
Where it is used
Each procedure carries a number of the form NWSP 000.0.R0 (15): the method, the count of revisions since 2005, and the year of its last review. Many began in industry and were later adopted by ISO or CEN, and the table of contents names the corresponding ISO standard beside each procedure.
What to watch for
An NWSP method and its ISO counterpart are revised on different timetables and laid out differently, so a report should name which of the two it used. The procedures are free to EDANA members and sold to others; this register records what they are, never their content.
