Circular loom (woven sacks and tubes)

A circular loom weaves a seamless tube by moving several shuttles around a circular shed formed by a ring of warp tapes, usually polypropylene or polyethylene tapes. It follows tape extrusion and produces fabric for woven sacks, bulk bags and other tubular products, which are then cut, printed and sewn. Number of shuttles, tube width and weaving speed are compared.
