A dye and chemical dispensing system weighs or meters dyes, auxiliaries and chemicals automatically to recipes held in the colour kitchen software, then dissolves them and delivers them to dyeing machines or the laboratory. It serves both batch and continuous dyeing, replacing manual weighing and improving shade repeatability. Number of products handled, dispensing accuracy and delivery capacity are compared.
