RISE is INDA’s research-facing conference, aimed at the stage before commercialisation: university and corporate R&D on fibre chemistry, web formation, bonding and characterisation of engineered fabrics. It is deliberately small and technical, and it is the venue where nonwovens work that will reach a production line in five years is usually first presented publicly.
The 2027 edition is co-located with IDEA®27 at the Kansas City Convention Center — the same venue on overlapping dates, but a separate event with its own programme and registration.
