For event organisers: list your textile fair free

We keep a register of textile trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences worldwide - fibre to garment, machinery to nonwovens - for the mills, exporters, buyers and builders who decide where to travel. Listing is free, we do not sell placement, and we would rather carry your dates correctly than carry more of them.

Two ways in

  • Your fair is not listed yet. Send it to us with the submission form. A person checks it against your own website, and you can come back to correct it at any time.
  • Your fair is already listed. Find it in the 302 fairs we list, open its page and choose "Manage this listing". With an address at your fair's or your company's own domain you can edit as soon as you type the code we send.

What a listing does for you

  • Correct a date, venue or link the moment it changes. A person checks it against your own website, then it is live.
  • Give us your calendar feed (.ics) once, and every new edition arrives by itself.
  • Add a photograph or the show logo.
  • Your dates travel further than this page: into our subscribable calendar, the open JSON feed, and the fair calendar that associations and colleges embed on their own sites.
  • Free, with no paid placement. We never sell or share attendee or exhibitor data, and we do not republish your copy.

Media partnership

If your fair lists media partners, we would be glad to be one. It is free, and your fair goes out on every channel we run. What a media partnership includes

The best thing you can send us

A calendar URL. If your site publishes an iCalendar feed — an .ics file, or a subscribable calendar — send us the address once and we will never have to ask you again. Your date changes reach us automatically, and a corrected date reaches every reader subscribed to our calendar within a day.

Many exhibition organisers already publish one for their own "add to calendar" buttons. That file is exactly what we need.

What we accept

  • iCalendar (RFC 5545) — an .ics file or a webcal:// subscription URL. Preferred.
  • schema.org Event or ExhibitionEvent JSON-LD on your event page. If you already publish this for Google, we can read it.
  • The form, or an email. A person reads it either way.

One thing worth checking in your own .ics

For an all-day event, RFC 5545 says DTEND is the day AFTER the last day. A fair running 3–5 November needs DTSTART:20261103 and DTEND:20261106. Putting the last day there instead shortens your show by a day in every visitor's calendar, and nothing warns you. It is the single most common error we see.

What we do with it

A person checks every submission against your own website before it is published, and the record cites the page it was read from with the date it was read. We show readers when a record was last checked and by whom, and we say plainly when dates are announced but not final. We would rather show a reader an honest gap than a confident guess.

We do not republish your copy. We hold the facts — name, dates, venue, organiser — and link to you for everything else.

Our own feed

For symmetry, here is ours. Anyone may subscribe to it.

The whole register is also open data in JSON, free to reuse with a credit, and you can put the fair calendar on your own site - every fair you list with us appears there too.
