Techtextil India carries the Techtextil application-area structure into the Indian market, run by Messe Frankfurt’s Indian arm in Mumbai. India is one of the fastest-growing technical textile markets in the world and has national missions attached to that growth, so the fair sits closer to industrial policy than its European parent does.
The twelve application areas are the same as Frankfurt’s, which makes it straightforward to compare an Indian supplier against a European one on the same axis. For a buyer sourcing geotextiles, agrotextiles or medical nonwovens at volume, this is where that capacity presents itself.
The next edition runs 8–10 December 2027.
