Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics is the largest apparel fabric sourcing fair in China and one of the largest anywhere. It runs twice a year — an Autumn edition in August or September and a Spring edition in March — because the fabric buying calendar has two seasons and the organiser serves both rather than averaging them.
For a merchandiser it is the most concentrated view of Chinese woven and knitted fabric capacity available in one week, with the trims and accessories halls alongside. For a mill it is where the price of a construction gets set against everyone else offering it.
The Autumn 2026 edition closed on 27 August. The Spring 2027 edition runs 10–12 March.
